Excellent job! I love how spacious the final result seems. I would love to see the bedroom. With the way rent is increasing across America this may be something lots of single parents with 1 child end up doing in order to have a decent quality of life. I've certainly considered renting a garage Apt or studio here in Orlando. Sadly the prices are starting to be comparable to traditional 1BR 1BA apartments which used to be the rate for 2br, 2ba apartments 4 months ago.

I'm so glad this popped up in my feed. I can't believe the amazing results you guys achieved! The kitchen turned out so much more roomy than I thought it would be. The living area was gorgeous & having the TV there was great because it provides privacy from the outside plus sunlight won't be shining of the face of the TV while you're trying to watch. It turned out FANTASTIC!!! So light and airy, but so logical and easy to live in! And yet you didn't really make huge changes - just made it more liveable!! The rugs are lovely (congratulations on another wonderful sponsorship! It makes me so happy to see you getting recognized!).And that was a good hint on a non-toxic blend for wood. Cozy, homely, lovely. While everything is looking pretty and well thought out, my absolute Favorite is the cabinets moved into the living room. The light, untreated wood with the light grey of the sofa is pure perfection👌. Enjoy❤️.

Fun fact, you can take the skins from walnuts and stain things with them! I stained a raw wood plant base. It isn't as even as normal wood stain but not bad!
