Thanks 🙏 it’s been working perfectly as it is for the past few months, the cable is 50mm2 so more heavy duty than I need and all 3 batteries are always same voltage, the Seplos BMS do a good job on keeping them synchronised 👍 cheers

Thanks mate 😁 the voltage drop isn’t a problem on my setup as the inverter PV input voltage is such a wide span it doesn’t make any difference, I’ve had its running for a few months now and it’s made a massive difference and is working so well 👍 cheers

@@CarJunkeez Wide span is good more V les A same cable less lost power i'm trying to get new mod10ktl3 for my house (now 3x 5000ES bat 20kWh) first 1100V open, and second 3 phase so i can run AC from house to stables and shed less lost power in cable

@@hekamteam yea your right better to have higher PV voltage as more efficient, think I’ll go with a single inverter too with 2 MPPT next time as these Growatt take a lot on tick over at night so I’ve got one of mine turns off at night automatically when the sun goes down 👍

Thanks 🙏 if your Seplos BMS CAN settings haven’t been changed then use L52 on the Growatt. If your Seplos BMS CAN protocol setting has been changed to Growatt then use L52 on the Growatt. You may need to cut 3 wires in the CAN lead on some inverters, pinouts for the correct pins can be found on Seplos and Growatt websites. Cheers 👍

Hi mate, thanks 🙏 For all my batteries I purchased from shenzhen basen technology co. ltd through Alibaba, Ive purchased a few times from them and they pay the fees in the price so none to pay. For the BMS and boxes I got them direct from Seplos also through Alibaba.com and they also include fees in there price so no fees to pay over here. 👍 cheers

They’re all working perfectly for me, I’ve got the three in my Garage and all cells are still balanced well and I’ve added the old DIY battery I made to my house that also has the 2 Mason Bluetooth boxes so I updated the firmware on my DIY box as it’s one of the early Seplos BMS (none Bluetooth) and they all stay balanced really well even though my DIY is 304ah and the Masons are 280ah, and I can still see all 3 batteries details on Bluetooth and correct total 864ah 👍 can highly recommend them mate. I'm having a cunt of a time finding someone who will give me definitive answers on this. Sorry about the bombardment of questions, hard to find people up here that actually turn up. @@jamiematheson7775 thanks mate 👍 I didn’t bother earthing the panel’s, to be honest they’re probably earthing themselves through the metal roof and building, I’ve done 4 sets of roof panels here on the farm and not earthed any, I think it’s more of if a panel starts to fail it could leak electricity to the frame but I can feel a little tingle when I stroke the ally framed on full sun anyways on my house 😂 people say it’s to do with lighting but that bull mate 👍 cheers

Thanks mate 😁 the faulty one kept coming up with error 08 bus voltage to high and would shut down, the weird thing is it only did it at night when using power from the grid, I eventually found a fix firmware and seams to be ok since I flashed it so may be fine. They are really good inverter’s for the price but think you’d be best spending a bit more for a Sunsynk if you want to do it properly, other than that I can still recommend Growatt 👍 cheers

Just wondering why you would go for the sunsynk over the growatt? anything in particular that makes the it worth approx double the price@@CarJunkeez

@@giollaliddy5817 the Sunsynk are a higher quality built inverter than Growatt and have many more features like programmable dump load and capability to feed back to the grid and 2 solar string inputs etc. if I knew what I know now I would of definitely got Sunsynk 😂 cheers 👍

@@CarJunkeez Hello, i did not find information that Seplos batteries was tested with Sunsyk inverters. Are you think what Sunsyk can work with Seplos batteries correct?

@@skrudzasss hi, yes the Sunsynk inverters that I was looking at to replace my Growatt do work with the Seplos BMS so I presume all of the later Sunsynk will to 👍

Been using them for a few years now mate and no problems so far, 5 of them are the 2nd generation ones with Bluetooth and I have one of the 1st generation that I’ve updated the firmware and is paired with 2 of the 2nd gen ones with no problem. I can pretty much leave them all to it, or if I want to quickly see cell details I can look on the LCD or more settings on my phone, can even see the none Bluetooth battery on my phone as it’s paired to 2 Bluetooth ones👌👍 cheers
