Standing on a ladder that stands on a scaffold with wheels and trying to catch a runaaway-nut. Man! I saw to many accidents on construction sites and this brought back some pictures...
Love it! There were a couple of times I held my breath when you were at the top of the ladder/scaffold combination. I expected to see the ladder propped up on blocks of wood on top of the scaffold with you standing on the top step! And then the lost bit rolling down the roof I thought you would take a tumble. Still no vision protection, but I understand how you want to look good for the camera 🤭. That side of the workshop is looking great. Keep up the good work. Cheers from the USA ♥
You can make yourself a Gable Ridge end detail piece, out of the matching siding timber to cover it up, after you have filled it with expanding foam etc
haha, it was the plastic from the metal but yes I will have to get some 🤣 Funnily enough my Son asked if he could borrow a drill so he could move his condom machine on the wall.
@Homesteading Uncontained You should buy yourself a Angle Grinder Stand Holder Support Bracket Cutting Machine Cast Iron Base Tools, they are about 16 - 20 Euro. Basically it will turn your 4", 4.5" & 5" brushless battery operated angle grinder into a hand held circular saw for metal. Perfect if you have to do long or short cuts in any type of metal if you are using a 1.2mm cutting disk. Depending on your willingness to mess around I wouldn't be surprised you could even cut curved & round holes so long as the depth of cut is only enough to cut through the thin metal sheet.
@Homesteading Uncontained Julie, whatever you do, don't look down hahahahaha. If you do fall you'll hit the ground faster than you can blink or scream lol.
That building looks really nice. Well tough out as well. Which u mentioned Julie was using varnis on the wood. Is it a good choice with the sun hitting it. What varnish is it. Good work with the tin work
