definitely seeing less hits...although I too got an XFractor from one of the 15 dollar hangers... In series 4 I bought like 4 total hobby boxes and really only got a handful of rare ones...zero of the red 5/5 cards.... love collecting these things, but I agree... pretty expensive to really get something worth gushing over...thanks for the content, freshly subscribed!

I found 2 no blue ink richie retches from blaster packs at target. I feel like because the series werent doing so well elsewhere they redistributed them to other places.
Yeah definitely agree that the blasters are going to be the bread and butter for this series! But even with that, topps has made the butter cold, and the bread soft, so it doesn't spread very much at all... lol
I agree with ya. Seeing that all the no blue ink cards have came from blasters, and you can still pull autos, plates, supers, and thats the only way to get atomics, they have the best odds. Which still doesn't say much, but the lack of hits speak for themselves
Great video, it's sad that the hits are limited in the Hobby boxes, I preordered hobby boxes this time and I probably won't do that again. Topp's disappoints on this one. Keep the videos coming,
Yeah. I don't think I am gonna preorder cases of hobby in chrome anymore. Maybe a box or 2, but not a case. This was way overpriced for what's inside and its a big let down. Hoping that the case of blasters gives a better yeild!
I honestly hope Topps isn’t missing the hits like they did to the Topps chrome baseball problem. After enough complaints they finally admitted to not even putting in certain hits in the hobby boxes. And sent out packs to everyone who bought hobby boxes. Just saying this is very similar here. Thank you for the awesome video tho Dan! 🙌🏼🙌🏼
It wouldn't surprise me if they are holding back hits! Not sure why they would. I get holding back a few hits for missing hits reports, or damaged hits. But to cut the number of hits in a hobby in half is crazy. This set is so overy mass produced, and then adding hangers to the mix... ugh 🤦♂️
Nice video....the hits are hard to get in this set...i agree blasters are probably the way to go..i see the hobby boxes are down to 60 now with the horrible odds

I got 2 x-refractor in 1 hobby box. First box I ever opened. I knew they were cool just didn't know they was rear of till now. Been looking for a video that explains all the different pulls you can get.
Getting 2 x fractors in 1 box is cool. I have made a couple videos explaining what you can get. I would make a video of all the things that you can pull. But I don't have any superfractor, red chrome, or chrome autos
Well thats about avarage. But you never know when you may hit something. At least you have gone the cheaper way with blasters and hangers. Honestly I think those are the best options!!!!

@@dantheman0731 on chrome 4, I only got my hands on blaster boxs, from wal mart where I live, and wal Mart from towns over. And I wouldn't say I opened alot, I made 1 set for myself, and bunch of extra, I got 4 colored numbered parrells, and one C variant name. On 5 only blasters n hanger s same places, I think I need 1 orn2 cards to make a set, I've gotten 6 colored parrells, and 2 C variant names as of this writing. Compare the odds on blaster chrome 4 and 5 , on the side of the boxs , the odds.
You gotta look for the seeded packs at big lots, better chances of getting a hit. But make sure you look at the packs from the side to male sure you're getting 2 c4 packs and not a go on vacation pack hiding on the bottom.
I ripped a whole case of five it was a good time this Saturday we're ripping a whole case of four live at 4:00 Central with giveaways and prizes the stuff is a lot of fun to rip
I bought a case of hobby i opened a few boxes got two hits per box except for when there was a C variant then it was 3, over all very disappointed for this release not as much fun as when you would get 4 to 6 hits per hobby box like in the past. I agree looks like blasters are the way to go this time.
Well out of the 3 hobby boxes from the case I got, those have been the exact odds I have gotten. 2 hits per hobby (2 boxes) and 1 3 hit box. I think I am gonna open 1 more hobby and do the rest as short videos with just the hits!
Yeah 3 of the packs in blasters have 5 cards in them. They include the atomic cards in the packs now. And that's where you get the 3 packs with 5 cards
Hey, I pulled a purple and an X-Fractor out of a blaster box yesterday, but my second blaster most of the cards was off centered and the c card had a dent like a finger pressed to hard.
The atomic refractors are worth it for blasters even if you don't pull a big hit. I got 5 blasters right now I'm buying. $20 a piece and using my 10% discount from Walmart. So around 90 for 5 instead of over 100.
@dantheman0731 So I spent the same as I would have on a hobby box and got 1 black refractor, 1 purple refractor and 2 green wave refractor's. One of the blaster boxes was a 2 hit!

@dantheman0731 Well, I imagine the Adam Bomb variant from this set in any color border you can pull is going to be one of the main grail items no matter the rarity.
Blasters are by far the better option. And that's what the no blue ink cards are coming from. So you get the super rare cards, atomics, refractors, and better hit odds! That's just crazy
He will. I was super sleepy when I edited this 🤣. It's crazy how much the hits actually cost when you pay retail, compared to just buying what you want! I could buy a full base set and a full rainbow for what I paid in the 2 cases I ordered.... ugh
