She's very sexy, but lip synching unfortunately. And the instrument's are pre-recorded. Sounds exactly as the Letterman "performance" right here on YT. Still a great album/CD if you keep things in perspective.

I mean, it's literally performed on a show that had a live performance policy and there's no attempt to hide when Garbage actually are lip-synching on kids TV chart shows; not that it matters - it's a promotional opportunity for a single release, not a live concert where people paid to attend.
