Good grief, that park is HUGE. I got my peonies from the Song Sparrow catalog. I was sad that they quit that. I worked in a nursery in Johnston one spring and potting up bare root perennials in an unheated Morton building while sitting on a five gallon bucket is a funny memory now. At the time we were cold and our backs were aching! Then we lugged the pots out to the sales lot and there was no nice plan like you had, just three sections: shrubs, sunny perennials and shade perennials. I remember asking "Where does the thyme go?" and not being allowed to forget that statement! :D LOL
