It inspires me to see the house where Freddie Mercury lived. I am also happy to see that the house was kept privately by Mary Austin. Maybe if Freddie is still alive, the two can lived together because I think Freddie wants Mary to be by his side until they both grow old. I wish until now that it is already 2019, Freddie did not have that AIDS and that he would be happy living together with Mary and maybe they can have children of their own in God's will. Just saying...because I can still feel the love that Freddie wanted Mary to have for the rest of her life.

@@sharonallforloveandpositiv5497 I wrote this more than a year ago now when I didn’t know a lot about Queen which I will admit I had read a few articles at the time and things being thrown about on twitter and assumed they where all correct I have read Jim’s book which you talk about and from it you do get the feeling that he was maybe jealous of Mary in some ways i also think due to what Jim says in his book is why people hate Mary so much and assume she got rid of the fan memorial on the wall though there could be other reasons

Почему она закрылась от всех, ничего не рассказывает, не показывает, по всему миру сотни миллионов поклонников Фредди, что она скрывает? Даже места для памятника, как и самого памятника нет в стране, которую он прославился на всю планету своим талантом неземным! Visited this yesterday and it resembles HMP Frankland with all the security. Strangely there were some tributes left inside the perspex glass - all of them done by kids by the look of the drawings. Well worth a look tho if your a fan and in the area. Ps. I went in August and those trees were full of leaves meant ingredients you could hardly see anything of the house. Better viewing this in the winter
Those green wooden fence things were out up on the walls when Freddie became ill because the press tried to poke their cameras over the walls. Poor Freddie ; they literally hounded him.
The question that arises is: where is the entrance? If Mary Austin still lives there, there must be an entrance. The door with "Garden Lodge" doesn't look like it.

Wouldn't be like that if people were more respectful. Imagine for a moment, living in the former house of Freddie Mercury: - fans come and write on walls, doors, leave thousands of flowers, letters and stuff around your wall; - if you don't make a higher fence you can bet fans will try to enter the property; - if you don't put cameras and all the stuff, you can bet someone might try to get in to steal stuff to sell for a lot of money, caliming it 's from Freddie Mercury's house; - If you don't hide what's inside you can bet, and in fact it still happens, that you'll find yourself surrounded by fans and press, trying to take a shoot from above or film what happens inside. Imagine how many people would do anything to take pictures and film the inside of the house, to later sell them for a ton of money. Living in that house after Mercury's death, is a nightmare. Imagine being always under siege by hordes (literally hordes, considering it's the former house of a legend. Even more now after the biopic came out) of fans, press and, with a high chance, jackals waiting for an opportunity to get inside the house and steal something/ take pictures/ film the house. Freddie Mercury was shy and always kept his personal stuff, private. He would do the same, to protect his privacy and stay safe. In Freddie's will,he left Mary, Garden Lodge for 50 years and 10 million for maintenance of his beloved home,in which can never be placed on sale,after that time it is to go to charity
Jennifer Lynn you know, I think it was because that would be his garage. The end door said studio entrance, not deliveries. There is a pic of Freddie standing outside. My guess. Otherwise, I don’t know how anyone got inside with any privacy.

Freddie's home looks great!! They have kept it up.. well I guess Mary has.. They had to put fencing up to keep people out and I totally understand that!! I think Freddie would be proud of Queen today with Adam fronting the band keeping the music going and alive..As Freddie said to Brian..I don't care what you do with my music just don't make it boring...and they never have.. Adam has his own style just like Brian and Roger wanted .. not a carbon copy of dear Freddie..So glad we still get to hear the music...Thank you Brian and Roger... Thank you Adam......Rock On Boys..
Teresa Elswick I think Freddie would be happy they are still keeping the music going. I do agree about Adam though. Freddie was so normal and Adam wears the craziest clothes!! IMO he’s a bit much.
Michelle Crippen well it's a different time and being gay is more accepted now and Adam has his own sense of style on stage..I watched an interview with Adam and his clothes on stage are his "stage clothes" as he said and he's not Freddie...I happen to love both styles and I really love Adam's..he's free to be himself..Something Freddie wasn't able to do very much on stage..
