A little history how we ended up in this 1932 house and how GOD put us in it...We know God put us our home!!! He led us to it at the perfect time...We weren't even looking at the time when God showed it to us...We were renting but our landlord told us our niece had to leave or she would kick us out...I never stay where I am not welcome you don't have to tell me twice...So Mike saw a house down the road from us that was for sale I was driving by this house at the time so I stopped by...Just pulled into the drive way as Mike was telling me about this house....When I pulled in there was a car in the driveway but I saw no one...I walked into the house and saw a man taking pictures of the house...he told me I could not be in the house because the house was being sold by the government cash only and no inspection...I said to him how could they sell something you can't look at....He looked at me and said he was going outside to take more pictures and if I looked around when he wasn't looking then nobody would be the wiser except me....So I inspected the house inside and out above and below...It was very rough indeed, but I saw immediately the potential...A fixer upper which fit us perfectly....So we got a friend of ours in the real estate business in town and he found out what the government was asking...We told him to make an offer below their asking price but by the time he called them back they had changed the asking price $20,000.00 below what we were going to offer...We told them we would take it....We got the money together and from the time I walked into the door the first time to when I walked into the door with my own key with our beautiful mother our niece and her 2 kids and our animals was 10 days...We believe God put us in this home...We love it!!! We believe God wants us to remodel the old house and make it a home for us and someone in the future after we are gone that would make anyone who is lucky enough to live here to be grateful to have such a beautiful home to live in....Thank you Lord Jesus for taking care of us again !!!!!!!
