I Can’t Believe It My Hometown Has Changed. I Was Born And Raise In Garland 1968. I Know All The City on Back Of My Hand. But, The Roads Need A New Pavement. 👍❤️

Garland has some of the worst road conditions, and have been that way since decades. They are however working on the worst areas but progress seems slow compared to Plano for instance where there is constant roadwork being done in addition to new pavements near Colin Creek College. Haven't seen any of that in Garland.
