This recipe is inspired by the Food channel - Apron. [ I had to jump on this bandwagon]
I love a great and fun challenge, with hopes you too will join in and Tag us.

I must admit, this recipe did take hours to prepare until the finished product.
Make sure to have all your ingredients ready and measured out.
You'll need a lot of patience, time with an arms workout.
The end result is so worth it, fluffy and delicious.

Ingredients:
Dough Mix
- 3 Cups of all-purpose flour
- 2 Tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 5g of instant active dry yeast
- 100ml full fat whole milk
- 100ml whipping cream
- 2 Tablespoons of sunflower cooking oil
- 1 egg [ at room temp]
* Garlic Butter Mix*
- 1 teaspoon of minced Garlic
- 1 teaspoon dried Herbs [ Thyme + Rosemary]
- 1 teaspoon Salted margarine
Filling = OPTIONAL
- Pecorino Romano Cheese - Grated
Garnish
- 2 Tablespoons full fat Milk [ Extra]

Important Tools Used:
- Digital measuring Kitchen scale
- Measuring spoons
- A cup
- Microwave / OR/ Double boiler
- Bench scraper / OR/ Knife/OR/ Pizza cutter
- 7 inch spring form baking pan [ Use any other size at hand]
- Parchment paper
- Pastry Brush
- An oven
- Rolling pin
- Clean kitchen towel / OR/ Cling film
- Stand Mixer attached with a dough hook / OR/ Knead by hand
- Patience & Time
