Ingredients:
Macaroni: 100 grams
Namak / Salt: 1 teaspoon + ½ teaspoon
Maska / Butter: 25 grams
Processed cheese: 50 grams
Kuchla hua lehsan / Garlic Crushed: 1 tsp
Maida / All purpose flour: 1 tablespoon
Ubla aur thanda Doodh / Boiled & Cooled Milk: 300 ml
Kali Mirch Powder / Black pepper powder: ½ teaspoon
Kata hua Hara Dhaniya / Chopped coriander: 1 tablespoon
Tel / Oil: 1 teaspoon
Pani / Water: 1 litre
Tareeka / Procedure:
1. Pan mein 1 litre pani daliye.
2. Ek tsp namak daliye.
3. Jab paani mein ubal aane lage, tab is mein macaroni daliye.
4. Medium aanch par pakaiyye ke macroni naram ho jaaye.
5. Macaroni ko ab chhaan kar fouri is par se thanda paani bahaiyye.
6. Macaroni par ek tsp tel daliye aur mila lijiye, is se macaroni mein chipchipahat nahi aayegi.
7. Doosre pan mein maska / butter daliye.
8. Kuchli hui lehsan daliye aur tees second tak ise tal lijiye.
9. Maida daliye aur tees second tak ise tal lijiye.
10. Ubla hua aur thanda kiya hua doodh daliye aur milate rahiye.
11. Adha tsp namak daliye.
12. Adha tsp kali mirch powder daliye.
13. Achhi tarah se mila lijiye.
14. Jab sauce gadha hone lage, aanch band kar dijiye.
15. Ek tbsp kata hua hara dhaniya daliye.
16. Pachas graam cheese ghis kar daliye.
17. Cheese ko sauce mein pighalne ke liye kuchh der chhod dijiye.
18. White sauce tayyar hai.
19. Gale hue macaroni ko plate mein nikal lijiye.
20. Upar se white sauce daliye.
21. Achhi tarah se milakar serve kijiye.
