This Garlic Cheese Bread Rolls are perfectly soft bread I every made. Try it out yourself. You won't believe how good it taste. Easy and simple to make. Try it yourself. You will never buy bread at the bakery ever again.
Ingredients:
400g All Purpose Flour
30g Sugar
1/4 tsp. Salt
7g Instant Yeast
1 Egg Whites (from egg that weighs 58-60g with shell)
240g Milk
30g Unsalted Butter
Cheddar Cheese
Garlic Butter
Grated Cheese

My family just had these rolls...they were disappointed that I made only half of recipe...everybody loved it so much...thank you for best recipe..rolls were quite soft and delicious...only change I made is add pinch of bread improver and made 8 balls of 47grams each
