Ingredients:
1 pound sheepshead cut into fillets - skinless and boneless
1-2 tablespoons of mayonnaise
Salt and cracked black pepper, to taste
Garlic powder, to taste
Garlic Parmesan Crumble:
1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
2 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
3 cloves garlic, minced
4 tablespoons olive oil
Salt and cracked black pepper, to taste
Squeeze of lemon juice
Directions:
Clean fish, remove skin and bones.
Dry fish completely with paper towels.
Place the fish on baking sheet and add your mayo (I used a brush to evenly spread it on there) and then your salt, pepper and garlic powder.
Add your parmesan crumble on top and bottom of your mayo coated fish.
Preheat the grill to 400 degrees F.
Place baking sheet with the fish on the grill for about 12-15 minutes.
Serve the Garlic Parmesan Crusted Sheepshead over rice, beans, and some fresh vegetables.
