This time, we preserved garlic with salt.
We had a little more then we needed, so we preserved the other half with olive oil.
If we preserve them in wide open bottles, they would be really handy to use right away!
Ingredients:
Garlic: 3.5oz
Salt: 0.14oz
Preserving with olive oil is to simply soak garlic with olive oil.
