Thank you for your visit and watching our videos. This channel initially started to show how I (son) cook Japanese foods which I used to fix when I was in the U.S. After my father passed away, we (mom and son) started to manage the channel together so that she wouldn't feel lonely by working together remotely from Tokyo. She planned ideas and taped videos all by herself for nearly 5 years by now. We kept weekly interval to upload videos, and thanks to all your help, our channel grew with over 10,000 subscribers now. Meanwhile, I wondered how I could arrange my life so that we wouldn't waste the precious time we have left, so I decided to come back home. I dive-fish during summers and work as a freelancer now. After taking a little break, we decide to change our presentation so that my mom can fully explain what she thinks are worth mentioning in making Japanese home cooking. We are hoping, with these videos, to preserve Japanese home cooking that she learned over years. Nov. 11th, 2020
