My first attempt at Garlic scape vinegar is a😔fail; I will see if I can make an herbal vinegar; so many variables as to why this didn’t happen. Pondering the sugar🤔 maybe the extra minerals/molasses was what impacted fermentation? As the days went on and stirring didn’t activate bubbling😐… Water i used is reverse osmosis. Different from spring Water.
The good news is the Plum Trees are doing well.
