Nothing is more tender than beef tenderloin and today we have a very special treat in the office. I got a wagyu tenderloin which I have never tried before. Cooking this wonder beef is an absolute pleasure. This video shows you how I did it.

Men, you have to try this if you can, its something my mother do here in Spain for barbecue. The proportions are 1 cup of olive oil, half a cup of Modena's vinegar (maybe its difficult to find it there) salt, and 3 garlic cutit un very very small pieces. When you have that you put It into the meat (my mother use It for the pork "cabezada", sorry but i dont know other sinonyms) and let It 24 hours in the fridge, and then cookit. Ill LOVE if u do this sous vide!!! Great work, im learning a lot with tour videos

That one looks Amazing, Guga! I may have to break out the Inova here soon and start experimenting with Sous Vide again. Life has been so busy i've been eating take-out a lot. I don't even have time to prep-seal a sous vide or anything recently. Hopefully things will calm down and I can start cooking again. Being busy sucks. :(

For lesser tenderloins and cheap cuts I found a quick cheat is a marinade of fish sauce and strong hot sauce, like scotch bonnets. Throw that in the sou vide bag with your regular rub and herbs and be amazed.
