Informative video :-) A little tip: Set your camera to manual focus before recording to avoid the autofocus noise in your video :-)

@IRuiiN3Dx if your riding outside, you can just use the regular unit with GPS. if you train indoors on rollers, the GPS won't tell you speed, so you need to get the speed/cadence sensor.

Do I need the speed/cadence sensor to tell me how fast I'm going or can I get a normal one and that will tell me?

What is a power meter? I have no idea what you just did there.
