Even though you're burned out, you're still a rockstar on these runs! Brett might cringe that I'm suggesting this, but I have found strength training so much more doable when I started using RU-vid videos! It helps me because it's a set amount of time to do the workout. When I'm just given exercises I dilly-dally because I hate it 😂 the videos keep me moving.
