When Setting you stride lengths does that stop it counting steps when you are sitting? i have just got my watch and it was counting steps when I was sitting because I was obviously moving my arm ?
Unfortunately not to much...so you can set the pool size. Either 25, 50 meters, 25, 50 yards, 33 1/3 meters and yards and you have a custom setting in which you can set the pool size yourself. But that's really all I know.
I don't know if the Venu 2 is overestimating my daily calories count. I have been a Fitbit user for many years, and normally my Fitbit tells me I burn about 2700 calories per day on a normal basis. I switched to Garmin last week and the watch just tells me I burn 4000 calories per day. I really doubt it so I wear both of them, with the Fitbit on my left hand and the Garmin on my right hand, and there is still a huge difference in the calories count (2700 vs 4000).
