I had a garmin solar tactical watch and I could pre set how many miles I wanted to run, I just got the vivoactive 5 and can't seem to find this setting
Why is garmin putting amoled displays on all their watches.....all the watches are starting to blend together and become pointless... I wouldn't be surprised if the instinct gets a amoled display next.... Really dumb in my opinion..
Looking to buy my first fitness watch, does it matter that I’m an Apple user but want a garmin ? What is the best gps watch at around £200-£400 budget please ?
As a rule Garmin watches are sport watches first which some people prefer The limitation for Apple users is no messages reply and no ability to answer calls on your watch . Notifications work ok but all they do is notify ... Limited interactivity with what the notification content is. But for the length of battery time which can extend to a week or more I find it a more useful trade-off 🙏
I BOUGHT THIS WATCH BECAUSE MY VIVVO ACTIV HR BLUETOOTH DOES NOT WORK. ANYMORE AND CANNOT BE FIXED.THIS VERSION ACTIV 5 IS A LOUSY CHEAP UNIT .COMPARED TO THE HR .I AM GIVING IT BACK. ONLY PRETENTIOUS AND POOR OVERALL QUALITY CONSISTENCY
