The nextbots didn't survive. They are entities, piles of lua code attached to a model. They don't "die" like everything else as they are not npcs so instead of the kill feed telling you they died, you instead broke their lua code, meaning that they simply don't exist but the body will keep trying to work even though all that's left are it's animations and the model, think of it like cutting a marionettes strings.

You should do a poll on whether or not npcs with multiple parts having parts of them destroyed in one hit by a weapon should count as them surviving

The painkillers technically survived because the scorpion splits into two when you kill it. It becomes smaller and at the end you said you missed it but you didn’t. It survived

the eater of worlds does split up into a diffrent npc each time you kill a peice of it so yea it does die

It's not because 106 broke that he survived. I would say that the Next bots didn't survive at all. Ya know, a dead corpse, despite being here, is still dead. :/

7:39 the game can’t decide if the ban hammer kills the scp or the scp survives. Think of the ban hammer AS a spear that pierces any shield and the npc as a shield that blocks any spear.

To make the eater of worlds not split up is to hit the head or the tail of it if you hit the middle part it will get manier

106 did not survive. He was still there because he was killed, but the code in 106 was supposed to make him invincible. Therefore, the entity dies, while the model remains. Nothing survived.

Base for turret is not the part of npc. It's two separate npcs

NextBots are not technically NPCs. They're scripts, entities, objects, whatever you wanna call them. Most Nextbots were not made to be hit with a weapon that destroys them in such a way, and so most would be glitched. But it did stop 106. In SCP terms 106 would be now reclassified to "neutralized" (meaning that the SCP's abilities were; explained with science or the SCP lost them. Or the SCP is just straight up broken (if it's an object), or dead). So that pack technically didn't even count. so the BAN Hammer wins!

For 106 items do go through him but most people believe his black stuff is burning the ground when really he is deteriating every thing he touches

Some ones don't die first becuze.The Hitbox isn't there so you need a bit to aim or you will miss like at the crowbar

How to tell if the eater of worlds survived: Use a remover tool on a part of the eater of worlds, if the entire thing gets removed... It didnt survive. If that part is gone then it survived.

The scp basically did die but the modle movement stayed and if he survived u couldve touch him and attack him and he will attack u

thing is that 106 can only be stopped from deleting him or making script errors the ban hammer literally broke 106, i would count that as not surviving

106 Bugs out when he tries to kill you when you are unkillable.Check your skin If that bug happens other than other nextbots doesn't have bugs.

The eater of worlds is just like the original game meaning that you literally have to kill every head to kill the boss so if you could kill one then the ban hammer wins

All of the EoW's pieces have the same AI and they're basically still the same NPC.

No the pieces of the eater of worlds are dying u have to hit it in the head

You started with one Eater of Worlds and ended with 25. You _are_ creating new entities. It survived, seeing how tedious it is to kill the whole thing. Normally if something survives more than 3 hits with the weapon of the day, it's marked as having survived. NextBots don't typically appear in the killfeed. If a NextBot is deleted (most of them do this) or incapacitated (as seen with 106), then it can be considered dead. Vindictus bosses are so big that the 3D skybox camera (only those who understand how Source and its maps work will fully understand) can see it clearly from its point far beneath the map. Because of that, they are projected into the sky, as such is the nature of a 3d skybox camera. The 2 damage probably helps destroy wooden and glass props. After all, being inanimate is no excuse to not die. Models staying are sometimes caused by an effect prop (no physics, sometimes used for NPC models) trying to be a ragdoll (yes physics, generated by Source when something dies). Try putting Liberty Prime in a black hole and you'll see a bit of what I mean. You might want to add vanilla NPCs to this series, even if only as a minor set. My studies have suggested that Rollermines are indestructible and only certain attacks can harm Striders.

SCP the shadow guy hitbox is extreamly small that why you can't hit it with the golden gun, because his hitbox doesn't exist almost.

Note that it MAY not work on the steam workshop's cry of fear "Doctor" SNPC, as NONE of his hitboxes are solid.

You can’t actually kill the meme nextbots like pedobear. They have no hitbox. But you can delete them. As far as I know, only the Orbital Friendship Cannon, remover tool, Ban Hammer and Z button can get rid of them
