Gary Moore Never have I mourned the passing of a rock star as much as when Gary left us. There are others who make me sad in their passing, but no one has left my musical life so empty. R.I.P. This is Gary at his soulful best. I was very lucky to see him play in a number of contexts including a small pub gig, a couple of medium sized club / theatre dates and once at a fair sized arena. He never gave less than 100% and his talent was mind-blowing. So sad that he left us so early.

Gary was like a fine gem. Few and far between and very hard to find. There will always be great guitarist’s but Gary was a one of a kind. Loved him from the first time I heard him and still do. I only wish he was with us longer because I think he was getting better the older he got and I would love to hear what he would be doing now if he was still with us. 🐢
