Outdoor concert that was extremely cold. Gary was not feeling well, and his vocals were not up to par. The following day he was completely hoarse, and was unable to sing at sound check during the VIP. Sorry for the lack of vocal volume.

Rad... I wanted to hit this show. Thanks Zero Bars. By the way, the drummer kicks ass. I was thoroughly impressed by his playing at the show in Santa Ana, CA. He hits the skins with strength and devotion

The band are amazing and I have to say both the guitarists in dresses are 'dressed to impress' LOL! BUT some are saying Gary isn't feeling well so he's singing quiet and that's ok cos he's still putting on a great stage presence Bless him!

Gary cracks himself up with the line 'it's cold outside' 1:24:09 ,,,,,,,,,,,, It was literally twice as cold as when I saw Morrisey walked off @ the greek because he was a little chilly ,,,,,,,,,,,, these boys played on like the true professionals they are.

No worries. The picture is AMAZING. Honestly, it may have been just where you were standing. I've had that happen at a couple of shows. The sound guy does make a difference. I posted 2 videos on my Channel from this show. Vocals sound a little better on mine (I was actually a couple of feet from the speaker). All the great videos to come from my camera and unfortunately I hit the wrong setting so the picture isn't all that great on mine. Curious what you shot yours with? Thanks for sharing it, Sandra.

What did you shoot this with? I was at this show and videoed it. My camcorder normally kicks ass, but I must have pressed the wrong setting and it didn't come out as nice. Bummer. I was right in the front row, too! Good job. My 1st time seeing him. Thought he had a lot of energy compared to other shows I've seen online.

Vocals are fine, especially later in the video. Can you expect much with a phone? Quite like it since I’m not able to go to shows.

It's not just your video, he mixes his vocals way lower than any singer I can name every show. When he sings, you get incredible amounts of conviction and emotion, but the effects he uses to convey them make it impossible to make out the words. Garbage is a similar band but you can easily hear every word Shirley sings. I love all these Numan videos surfacing but I guess the words are pretty great and I only wish they came through, too.
