One of my favorites I thought I would miss out on seeing him when hearing about him maybe retiring. Then, my husband and I saw he was playing at Gruene Hall next weekend and snagged up some tickets. We are headed south from Ft. Worth area to see experience 2 great things at once. We are counting down the days!

Best thing I ever did was move to New Braunfels. Only 7 miles from Gruene all. Never a need to drive up to Austin!

Growing up in San Antonio our Homeowners Association would hire Bongo Joe for the annual swimming pool grand opening. I sometimes wonder if people know the reference in this song.
