I'm shocked that cartoons from the 50's had this quality. In general I think cartoons like this tend to age perfectly.

I remember this on a syndicated program with The Alvin Show during the mid-1990's.

Both were distributed by Viacom. "THE ALVIN SHOW" segments were often short of a full-half-hour in syndication.

The funniest part is when 2 French policemen chase 2 art thieves ride their tandom bike thru the NYC streets. Really zany!
