The acidic fluids in the stomach that came up to the esophagus is known as Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease. Common signs and symptoms of GERD include A burning sensation in your chest (heartburn), usually after eating, which might be worse at night, Chest pain. You should avoid foods and beverages that can irritate a damaged esophageal lining if they cause symptoms, such as citrus fruits and juices, tomato products, and pepper.

Exercise everyday this is very important. Be active . Ensure you drink plenty of boiled jeera warm water. Wake up by 6 am and go to sleep by 10 . Stop watching mobile phones at night. Reduce stress. Don't take everything to your head . Stop overthinking . Learn to relax . Avoid spicy , oily and Masala foods. Don't wear tight clothes. Take oil bath atleast twice a month. Avoid smoking and drinking. If you don't stick to proper diet regime , medicines won't work and you will end up doing surgery .

People saying drinking more water will help to reduce acidity but for my case whenever am drinking water immediately uta raising up the acid, causing pain in nose and throat and feeling discomfort/ irritable. This Gerd ruin our day and leads to overthink then how can we stop overthinking. Even if we are not intrested to overthink symptoms making to do so. What kinda Disease is this ? Every night is a terrible night 😔😭

Very helpful video....my symptoms are Congestion in chest and middle of the chest just above the navel, heartburn, sometimes sudden increase in heart beat, shortness of breath ( sometimes).... I thought all this may be related to my heart ...so i went to a cardiologist but these are not realted to heart my heart is working fine... Now i will wait for couple of days and will go for a check up to a gastroenterologist... Hope he can find the relief to my uneasiness...

Great video... I was so stressed out regarding my symptoms... I have severe cough after which I vomit Foam.... After foam vomiting or many a times water vomiting I feel better, and coughing subside,sometimes I feel my something constantly sticking to my throat,after medication it subsides, is it necessary to take PPIs regularly for 6 months as you said medical therapy, cant we take medicine Sos, as I am trying to manage it with lifestyle modification, some days pass good, somedays it becomes cough becomes terrible, I asked my doctor if it's some respiratory issue, he said it's allergic cough and acid peptic disorder,So Can't I take Medicine Sos, as PPIs have sideeffects too.

Sir my doctor diagnosed me having acid peptic disorder on asking is it Gerd he said sort off, He prescribed Ripra Dsr, sucramith, rantac od 300 and turmnova (as I had coughing and sore throat), sometimes after taking Ripra Dsr and Sucramith symptoms did lessened but didn't subsided and I eventually had vomitting of foam and water majorly,Rantac did controlled my symptoms well, recently I got to know that Rantac is banned due to some carcinogenic effects, and this has given immense stress to me, is it really so, should I stop taking Rantac.

My wife age about 41 yrs underwent through GERD-X, Endoscopic on 14/10/2022 at AIG hospital Gachibowli by Dr. Rakesh kalapala. She has already had her medical check up on 16-01-2023 and fm 18/09/2023 to 20/09/2023. As per suggestion, Tab Sompraz 80 mg & Cinitapride extended 3 mg is being taken continuously however she is feeling unwell due to gas reflux in throat and chest the burning sensationsis being felt by her continuously. She also feels bitter and sour tastes within the throat . At present patient dit not get any relief even after the operation of GERD. Sir what to do now ?

yes i have this problem too, nor i smoke nor drink a friend suggested me a dietataion nd she discoverd that i have IBS (irritable Bowl syndrome) i dont feel heart burn or acidity now but i do feel bloated evryday i got a fear if i eat this it will start bloating me out. Previously i have seen many doctors like Allopathy , ayurvedic for 2 yrs, Homeopathy etc but nothing was giving me permanently relief after consulting that Dietation which my friend suggsted me nd following the diet chart im a little better now, All those medicines are just giving me temporary relief i need something permanent so she suggested me a Gastrointerologist lets see what happens next i have no expectations frm any doctor u can say im broke..... @@meenakshiaggarwal7731
