Bro when you mean against the usa no definitely no but they almost defeated ussr and allies plus they could have won the war in 2 years because when ww2 happened germany attacked way too fast capturing lots of allied soldiers also the Dunkirk evac could have been stopped thus stopping 300k troops from be rescued also even though the British navy was fully capable of defending Britain the army were not ready to take on nazi germany it took 1 year for them to be ready after the Dunkirk evacuation which germany could have used to send paratroopers into Britain but that would be hard due to RAF so instead they could have tunnelled to Britain which is actually possible as it exists today the tunneling strategy is better than naval and air invasions because you can easily move tanks to britain using the tunnels also before you say Britain will notice I am pretty sure with the royal navy around barely anyone will be patrolling the coast of Britain and you can easily hide the tunnel with some dirt or sand so it is hard to spot and remove the sand and dirt when you do the invasion
@@Luca-br9td tunneling IS possible, but you do realize that would take WAY more time than just bombing campaigns right? germany could have taken over britain if it wasnt for italy being so incompetent that they have to send equipment and troops to help them
@Mr.scooter-le8yo Not sure, but I do believe some women were fighter plane pilots, although I imagine almost all of them served in non-combat roles in the armed forces. Most likely vehicle maintenance or cooks and such, to leave more men for the combat roles
The women basically served the same roles they did back home, like manufacturing and doing maintenance of the vehicles or running the infirmary. Even if they weren't really sent to fight they served major roles to keep the country and the military running.
