Divinikey sent these Gateron Melodic clicky switches out and I've been looking for an excuse to try them! The ZeRo keycaps from CannonKeys helped round out the musical-themed build.
I absolutely love the way these feel and I think my love for clicky switches might be rekindled and my old box jades have lost their glory! Definitley give these switches a shot...ESPECIALLY if you don't like clicky switches!

the amount of foam in the keyboard just makes the clickies sound creamy lol

Your'e not entirely wrong. Part of that is my mic. Honestly though, I don't know that I'd be able to take the sound on cf plate or something hard. Fun fact: I just ordered another set of Melodics and I promise to try them in a less foamy board and I'll let you know when I do.

You're not alone. I have a very long history with evil clicky switches so I was hesitant to try these. They're expensive and I assumed they were way over hyped. I was always a "If I'm gonna use clickies, we might as well go Kailh Box Jade" but...never again! Honest, these switches feel so good and are so pleasing to listen to that I actually ordered another set so I can leave these ones in this board!

Good video, does the knob click when rotated?

Thank you! I appreciate the time! As for the knob, there is a slight tactility but it doesn't feel anything like a Hi75 knob with those satisfying clicks. I will say, the large knob I put on is much more pleasing than the original plastic one that came with the board.
