I had the chance to give a teleconference in St. Louis, and I made a point of visiting the arch. I had been there once before, in1986. A friend of mine (Mark M.) and I were coming home from Mardi Gra. We saw the arch then, but it was 10:30 PM and we really didn't see very much. I needed to make up for that visit. I did.
