Thanks! My parking brake can be pulled all the way up and still barely keeps the gator still. Do you tighten those bolts further when the parking brake can be pulled all the way up to get it to work again?
You can try tightening those two side bolts, if that doesn't work it's probably just time for some new pads. There's not much material on the pads so it doesn't take much to wear them out.
