I stayed at Gaylord for 24 days, when I had an interstitial lung disease, which is now in "remission." The staff there was incredible. And staying there felt like I was loved and being taken care of all day and night. The surroundings, the beautiful grounds, trees, and lawns filled me with hope that I could get well, despite the probability that I needed a lung transplant. That never happened, and I am convinced Gaylord had a tremendous part in it, as did people like Dan and Krista, and amazing therapists like Tim Killbride, who I stayed in touch with when I left, and am friends with to this day. Thanks you Gaylord! I've come back to visit every summer in August, since 2013, to say hi to nurses and staff and to thank them, and I intend to do so this year!

I was there over Christmas 2015 after a stroke. The staff is awesome, friendly and make patients feel welcomed, and patients cheer each other on and share their stories so you feel included in everything that affect the patient. Loved being a part of such a positive place and I am so thankful that I was accepted there as a patient.
