I have a sable 60 gcc but i didn't get any discs when I purchased it so I don't have great cit or a voucher number and i have endless problems cutting with the sable if anyone can help i would be very appreciated cause it all worked fine til I got it home and tried myself and won't even print a square or any shape for that matter it just keeps reading error what am I doing wrong. I also am using old software as there is no updated driver for the sable and only works on vista but i want it updated to atleast win7 and im usong corel 4 because iv been told ot doesnt work on ang other corel sofgware or other software for that matter which is sad cause so many people have this machine but if someone can help please let me know thanks.

so I have great cuts and a gcc AR24. I cannot find any detailed instructions for die cutting. what I want to do is cut out say 25 shapes of the N.C. state shape on a sheet of vinyl. I will then weed this, apply clear masking over entire sheet. I then want feed this back through cutter and die cut a hang tag shape and hanger hole through the transfer tape and backing. I want a fished product ready to put on a hang tab.

i just bought this, set everything up nice, but there is no plug in when i go to AI? the only thing i think i didn't install was multie skin can this be the reason i don't see the plug in on AI?

chris Alta I also do not see the option in AI to send it straight to the cutter. When installing my disk I do not see an installation option for Multi-Skin. Also, do you know why GreatCut will not print my graphic on my picture? If I take the picture off, it cuts my words just fine. Thanks for your help
MrsLynnessaJ Hi MrsLynnessaJ,Multi-Skin is just for GreatCut 1. In GreatCut 2 and 3, the Multi-Skin is be integrated into GCCAAS plug-in. Just install the driver for your machine and AAS plug-in, and you can output through AI.Please set the printer which you want to print as default printer, and you can output successfully.If any question, please feel free to contact your local dealer for further help.
I remember using another software and when you set up your design to be cut all of the interior color is removed and the only parts you see are what the cutting bit is going to go over, is this software different? Or what I mean to ask is that when you set the contour that contour is what is being cut correct? The outline of your image, not the original image? Sorry if I'm not wording things correctly, I'm still trying to figure this thing out
Hi Lieveo, Thanks for your question. Generally when creating the contour line, both the outline and the image will show in the software (used to edit images, such as Adobe Illustrator, CorelDraw, GreatCut…etc.); when outputting the contour line to do contour cut, the software (used to manage and process contour cut, such as GreatCut) will be activated automatically and the outline will be imported into it. This is how GreatCut works. The software you used might be similar to ours, so you saw the design been removed and only outline of the image left. Bought this product from 2014 until now, but I still had no idea how can I engrave the Iphone case. I can certainly prove that I really bought the engraving machine. Here are the numbers I got in my hand: 1, manufacturing 2. quality control 3. machine serial number First, I checked your website which describe users can access "greatcut" software. I want to use it but I cant find the link. Furthermore, I dont have the voucher code. Actually I got the official CD when I bought it, and what it included is usb,32bit,64bit drivers only.. Second, I have tried so many times for engraving the iphone. I found all of them were so dark, sometimes confuse between black and white. Where can I learn for it? May you tell me what actual step I should do something like dpi,speed,power,ppi? At last, I felt so confuse and frustrated for trying it only myself in these few months. harry lee Hi Harry, Thanksfor choosing C180II. First of all, GreatCut is for GCC cutting plotter, not laser engraver, that’s why you can’t find it in C180II CD. For engraving iphone case, the parameters we use for this showcase can be found in our website per below link. While please notice that the parameters and engraving result would vary to different iphone case materials being used. I recently purchased my gcc expert 24. Am I correct when I say that it only cuts with AI and Corel draw? I'm a beginner and we are going to be using the cutter for heat press vinyl, stickers and rhinestones. Does anyone have suggestions on which program is best with this cutter and tutorials that give beginners step by step instructions. I've never used Corel draw or AI. I've not used the cutter yet...

you can go to GCC club to download for trial version. You need to buy license code for the formal version from the local dealer. If you have GCC machine, you should have a CD. Each CD will have a free code for the machine. let me know if you need to find the local dealer, please let me know.
