GCN Waluigi Stadium not only is finally in after being swapped with Maple Treeway in Wave 3, but the course has been completely revamped. It now takes place at night instead of sunset and there's a whole lot more details added to it.

The way this is looped (lacking the intro from the original) makes complete sense when you realize it's with live instruments. The intro would not resonate well on a constant loop.

I didn’t see why people complained about this remix. The trumpets being the main startup to the song was amazing to hear personally, even when the track made up my childhood. However, the synth helping mellow out the song a little in the second half brings me somewhat back to how the original song sounded like a sports organ. Furthermore, the track itself just compliments the new chaotic energy the theme carries, so this track is already a top 10!

I think the intro is weak and was kinda ruined in this remix, sadly. It's pretty solid otherwise. Due to that, I think the new Yoshi's Island track slaps hardest~

Nah, GCN and Wii go way harder than this. Just sounds like it belongs on a course like baby park or just any overly chaotic and happy course. This is the WORST remix of wave 4, maybe the whole dlc.

Very tricky to manoeuvre in 200cc due to the nature of the muddy and wet track, not to mention the smaller tires compared to the large ones. There's also excavators and diggers on the track too.

You know it's funny to me, despite being moved to wave 4, certain assets of this course most of the background for the cup celebration and the course's music still imply that it's a Wave 3 course, being labelled as Cnsw_36, Wii Maple Treeway is a similar case, still being labelled as Cnsw_62, implying it's a Wave 6 course

They took quite a bit of creative liberties with this song, but I think ended up working out in the end. The drums and the melody are so much punchier to the point that I can never listen to the original the same anymore

*MKW SLANDER WARNING* Wii might have a better character roster and better inside drift bikes, but MK8 has superior halfpipes. Especially on this course, which adds 2 anti-grav pathways that can only be accessed by halfpipes. And to keep the Wii slander going, I prefer MK8 in general apart from the bikes. And the mere fact that this improves a GCN course (the TRUE best MK game)....

I assume they make the music before making the tracks in the studio Since they're working on Wave 5 right now, I believe their music should be close as done. But they need to work on the finishing touches on other tracks, adding details, anti gravity, changing the textures, background and even the characters.

I think this song is worse than the original IMO because the bass is replaced with a trumpet synthesizer. Wario Stadium did the opposite by adding a lot more bass and less synthesizers.

Does it have anything to do with the half-pipe ramps which were added in Wii's version? I personally think it's an improvement, but I've seen some complaints that it makes the Mecha Piranha Plants and Fire Bars useless.
