The Great Central Railways 'Days Out With Thomas' weekend. The GCR holds three Thomas Weekends over the year, one in February, May and August. Since I am a menber of the Soar Valley Model Railway Club, we take an Interactive Thomas & Friends Layout (at Quorn Station) to raise money for Rainbows Childrens Hospice at these Thomas events and it is also a good time for me to try out a few new camera angles in readiness for any major Galas etc. like the forth coming 40th Anniversary Gala Celebrations.
