I think mentioning the fact we need calcium for the neurological processes and the lack of calcium ions for neurological processes can cause seizures which is why calcium deficiency is very dangerous and people need to make sure they are getting enough, especially if you take medications which lower levels like gabapentinoids, make sure you are looking at drug/food interactions and taking everything together perfectly and eating everything perfectly.. living, its a lot of hard work. (Also Magnesium to get that calcium to the bones and zinc and copper, both important for skin and neurological health)
then I guess we could go into chromium for ATP production and selenium and iodine for thyroid health and get very indepth but maybe not for this level of biology.

Thought I should mention that the cognito page for plant hormones where they ask to explain how the plant will grow in the light has an incomplete model answer. By incomplete I mean it says "I'll do later" hahahaha
