I think that it isn't a bad level, if you still creating, i think that you can be a good creator. Try to do a simple effect of backgroun and funny gameplay ;)
Great level, but I would make the moving objects slower and make them go the full screen not just stoping at halph, but I can't say anything my levels are horrible

Difficulty seems a bit disproportionate from the beginning to the end I would hate to play that entire level then die to some unexpected hard part at 80%
It's a bit bland and some colors don't match well. The sync seems like it could save been done a bit better. This feels like an experimental level, like you were trying to learn how to use the level editor. I think it definitely needs a lot more work, but this shouldn't discourage you from creating.
I will not criticise your 1.9 / 2.0 level because I joined GD roughly a week after 2.1 but I personally think the level is bland and the gameplay could have been improved but good level.
