"brand new" implies fresh out of the factory. 9280 is nearly 40 years old lol, its just in a fresh coat of paint and renumbered

This is M427 tied down on the Worcester main, which runs from ayer to Worcester. It had arrived at this spot the night prior.

This is at burncoat. Sat at CPF 309 till a AY crew brought it into hill where they then did the work. Another crew ran it down to burncoat that morning
