A short winter walk at Drumochter taking in two of the four Munros on the west side. Geal charn and A' Mharconaich give a short loop which is ideal for a winter morning.
Nice one, Charlie. Always enjoy your vids. Wife wants to know the brand of your orange jacket ...... you know, only the important things matter to her 😊
Did the 4 a few years ago , great views , shooting season so had to stop coming down the 4th to let the beaters and guns move on, think i put up more birds than the beaters did , then fell in the mud right up to my waist beside the railway , thats memories for me , you got a nice brisk day for a dander, cheers
Looks like another great day out Charlie. I loved the snowbow at the first summit, very atmospheric. I was really surprised how little snow there is. We were up a Graham top in Strathconon on Sunday and were wading through knee deep soft snow from about 300m! All the hills are still pretty covered up here. Just a quick question - what software do you use to edit your videos? Many thanks, Heather
Hi Heather, Yes, the snow cover is very patchy across the country with the east missing out at the moment. I use iMovie with my mac for pulling the movies together. I find its ideal for me as I don't want to spend a lot of time editing. Cheers
That's great - many thanks for this info. I'm on a PC so maybe just need to bite the bullet and pay for Adobe. But like you I don't like to spend too much time editing...just enough to have a wee memory of my day on the hill. All the best, Heather@@charliemccartney7055
