Why did you go for no seperation...why not bonded contact....which technique to use for helical gear where axial force are also involved?? Whats the principle behind stress value variation for these two contact type?
since driver gear is applied a rotational velocity , driven gear rotates on virtue of contact & load is transmitted, i am have a query : why & where is the torque load applied on ? if torque is not applied , does any change occurs?
