This is Part 2 of a short series on my rear bag set-up. I start off showing you my Carradice Bagman Expedition, which I use to carry a Carradice Nelson Longflap. Then we go for a ride as I talk about it a bit more.
The Bagman comes in two sizes, to match the two general sizes of Carradice bags. My original idea was to use the non-quick-release version to carry a generic bag of back-pack. Once I found a shop in town with the rack, I saw how nice the Carradice bags were.
In Part 3 I will talk about this set-up in general. I plan to talk about alternatives and how I use the rack without the Carradice bag.

St John street cycles inuk stocks carrasixe and ships to the states using parcelforce. US customs allows $500 usd per entry. Don't know about Canada.

Nice, this is the info I was looking for. I still wonder how the weight feels that high on the bike. If going on a mini-sprint and throwing the bike around a bit, do you notice any difference from being unweighted? I mean, obviously you would - but does it intrude on your riding style? Thanks for this little review series!

Not with clothes / shoes. If I pack food containers filled with food, then yes, I feel it and try to avoid throwing the bike around because it "feels" like a lot of weight for the frame. Maximum rated load is 10kg, which seems like a lot.

Toronto looks nice, to bad the government is so evil in Canada. But thats normal in most places these days. My dad lived in Hamilton, iirc, back in 1978-9. I was fascinated with the Canadian flag back then and drew it every chance I got. Still think it’s very pretty.
