No music - no talk / no extra talk - just work and life giving worth to those parts and somehow contributing to recycling world . Great effort and wishing them good health and visibility from india . God bless you hard working folks .
Well you just give it a little bit less than it took to get it off and you are right! ! Actually I thought they were fairly well equipped compared to the other shops on this channel so I don't know what you are all whinging about! If they were equipped with all the latest tools then either the customers wouldn't be able to pay the bill or the shop wouldn't be able to make a profit!
I think there was a flange at the end of the nut that got peened over afterward and they reused it so they knew where they needed the nut to tighten to get the flat back to where it had been.
I really expected them to try to weld the broken pieces LOL but they didn't. That confirms these guys know their craft and know when it's not okay to try to repair this and that.
Usually they weld the broken piece due to pressure of owner. Owner interested in completing the job asap so, they should use it for transportation to reach hometown for full overhaul by their family mechanic 😋
I don't think so bud, they can fix things that are mechanical but technologically simple. They couldn't help you with your 2015 corolla with computer smog problems.
Am I the only one to think he was going to take the broken gear over to his blacksmith brother and have some tea while his brother reforged it in a homemade furnace 😲
Joking aside, I saw a guy on YT weld up broken bevel gear teeth from a tractor and angle grind the tooth shape. I don't think he had read the book about weld adhesion on high carbon steel.
Excellent mechanics skills. You guys keep these trucks running, as these trucks have to deliver goods, live stock, food, supplies, materials for construction and various industries for the Pakistani economy to move forward. Amazing skills in the shop to show to the world that with team work , dedication, and motivation everything is possible.
Incredible work ethic!! If only half of the technicians worked this hard! It’s amazing to see the work they can accomplish with what they have!! Hope whoever is the owner of this channel gives the proceeds to these men!
Men. As Vietnamese Italian Catalan : I would post mys respect. You have the spirit of seflf made man. Better earth saver. Very good job. All my respect Stan
Man these videos are good! Something about these guys makes me want to buy them a beer. No wasted effort. Just raw repair work going on. Long live such people!!
Thanks....but buying them beer isn't ok...these are Pakistanis means Muslims...and alcohol is strictly prohibited In Islam...but you can buy them some lassi(a Desi refreshment traditional drink ,or some.sugarcane juice, etc)
@@alexeyterekhin5132 yep..with a time, you got a feeling.. I use torque wrench rearly. Mostly to tighteen engine head, and crankshaft bolts, when overhauling engine. when replacing wheels , on my maschines, never. Only one of my cars, has factory issues with wheels, than i must use torque wrench for changing wheels with summer/winter tyres.
Great video! Im sending my transmission to Pakistan. No gloves, working in the mud, and wearing dress shoes. I bet whatever that transmission went into ran great! Nice job!
I’m currently in school learning to rebuild these transmissions. Crazy to think how they do this stuff without all the things I have in my tool box. I left Pakistan when I was young but I remember all the mechanics doing this kind of work outside. Was always amazed by them.
Bet that transmission had a crap load of miles. Now it is like new. Excellent work. No BS, throwing stuff at each other....just working and moving on to the next piece that comes in the shop.
Impressed with this guy. Knows his stuff and actually CLEANED THE PARTS for reassembly. That in itself is amazing. 👍👍. Nearly all the others barely clean anything before reassembly.
They do just enough for it to work again. Nothing more nothing less. The only new part they used was gasket maker. Good job getting the truck back on the road.
*I was afraid that the guy who was holding his leg - the leg remained intact) well done, you are of course) perfect repair and the most skillful specialists* 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽
If I would be a company like scania or i don't know Audi or Mercedes i would go in country like this and find the best mechanics respect for you're hard work
her hair is smooth and gel. Is the beard always like this well groomed? :) It's not an industry, it's like a wedding hall :) You are also an expert in your job, you deserve respect.
Stunning job, even when it is edited, this guys really do it fast, they dont waste their time, just hard work. I keep comming for the craftmanship and Im not dissapointed. Is this part of your shop or this in another place ?.
Thank you so much Pakistani trunk channel for bringing old memories back, hats off to these real mechanics. I wish i had some training from them. Respect to all these ustaads.
Amazing. I wonder which school they went to learn how to do all this. I think these guys can do a better job than the overpriced know nothings at my dealership
No schools , no formal education, most of them are middle school dropouts or have high school education (10th grade)....they learn in these workshops in the real conditions....a firsthand experience... through watching and listening to their Grand mechanics(often called as ustaad g meaning the master)...it's like a knowledge passed through generations...
I gotta say, I've NEVER seen any of these guys miss hitting a pin with the 10 pounder. They seem to know what they're doing, could be a bit more gentle with bearings.
They are hardened mechanics who know their job very well. Without a hydraulic press it would be difficult, but these Gentlemen would probably come up with something. Congratulations 👌.
I tip my hat the the mechanic. Amazes me the work that you guys accomplish with little to no tools. Why don't you buy better tools with your ad revenue from RU-vid? Always wondered this myself. 🤷♂️
I was talking with a on another channel he said, so how IDK but up 14 hrs. Is $1.25 and above is $2.00 even if it 20hrs. So not alot to where it should heck the gouv. Takes 38% .I was told ?? . I've heard of other countries that one doing 99% of the work only gets 1.75 % on a good day .
I have to give credit where credit is due. These guys have lots of ingenuity. Connecting rod welded to a socket. Sledgehammer torque multiplier. OSHA approved flip flops yep these guys get credit. This guy is swinging a sledgehammer inches from this other guy's head and foot he doesn't even flinch. Uses his foot that is trust. Thre owner of this truck uses the grind it till you find it method of shifting which will eventually round out all of the gears as seen in the video
