Reminds me of the Outdoor Chef Life trip in his similar van. One thing to note with the air fryer, if it exhausts in the back by the screen you might want to be sure the screen is moved to not melt the screen. Looking forward to your trip and videos. This will be awesome.
I love Alaska! Lived in Fiarbanks for 3 years! did love the Kenai Peninsula area around HOmer, Alaska! If I were to go back there, not sure I'd ever come back!
Have fun! I was going to drive my Winnebago Solis from Washington to Alaska and back starting next week for my vacation from work, but quickly realized it's a ton of driving. Just from Seattle to Anchorage and back is 4500 miles, not counting any driving done in Alaska, so it was a bit much even for a two week trip that I'd be spending most of my time driving and not much time enjoying Alaska. Of course the ferries have also been booked full for months. Hope you can spend more time enjoying!
I’d personally make an appt w/ Agile Offroad in Santee CA and get those boxes mounted properly. Whomever did that work was…wow. Get you a RIP kit for that ride to boot..
Love all the videos! Could you please add Part 1/2/3 in the thumbnails (if you'd ever have the time). I just started watching the last episode without knowing there were others first!
Just bought our sprinter a month ago, getting some modifications now.A 2019 with 5441 miles. Took it to the dealer who stated first oil change at 20,000 miles. Our oil change cost is $799.00! Yikes! Diesel. Is yours gas? I get 17 to 22 mpg. Drove around NM and Az. Great vehicle. It was used and previous owner put in all one needs. ( minor mods now). Three 100 amp batteries!
I realize it’s a Mercedes, but why would an oil change cost $799? They have to remove the engine to do it? Seriously, why the hell would it be $799. That’s beyond insane.
What kind of mileage do you get? Top off in Fairbanks, again in coldfoot and you should have enough to get you to Deadhorse. If you make it Valdez I'll buy the beer.
