Who's looking forward to Gears 5? (releasing next month)

Ah yes September 20th 2011. I remember that day. I was a young boy a happy one too. I had no care in the world this day. Went to gamestop and waited in the long line for this game. I was talking to older guys who played this game. They said it was going to be the best gears. I remember a week prior to the release I got about 10 orders from Jack in the box to get the Xbox exclusive weapon skins. Anyways, I was about 17 years old still couldnt get the game myself. My sister came with me as we went to the cashier. The cashier said $150 plus tax paid it with the allowance I saved up for about 5 months. I got it ingo my hands couldnt wait to get home. As I went to the car to put it away my sister begind me stayed a bit. Got into the car we drove off. Got gome inserted the game and was about to play this is during a time when the whole game was on a disc. Not no partial and download the rest. Anyways my sister came to the room and said here you yo it is not much but this is the best I could do for you. (We were poor) she handed me a Gears of War 3 collectors Game Guide i was happy and read it as I was loading intovthe game from then on. I was finally at peace.

When I saw "Brothers to the end" it gave tears to my eyes since I remembered Dom :(

Eight years ago, I was a little kid in elementary school, without worries, without stress, just happy, everyday in the night my brother playing Halo with me in an old Xbox 360. One day, in a random mall, I found the Gears of War 3 Xbox 360 limited edition, soon enough my parents would buy me that console, I remember every moment of happiness with that console, but those times are over, they doesn't exist and nothing in life will be better than that.

I had the gears 3 console. It looked amazing and so did the controllers which are to date, the best lookin controllers I’ve seen.

Hyped for gears 5 but damn nothing will ever top the end of the trilogy, gears 3 was an amazing ending but it left me awaiting to see more. I'm glad they kept going.

When this launched at Gamestop, I walked out with the Epic Edition and the Gears 3 console. I still have everything til this day. Everyone was looking at me coming out with eyes of jealousy. It was the best moment of my teen years.

I was so enraged when I learned the epic edition wasn’t available in Europe! I hope the coalition never makes a mistake like this as a true gears fan and completionist this was beyond infuriating. I recently got back to the franchise though and I still love it.
