@@THE_redguy279 people should because they have to accept that suicide and sacrifice has a very fine line that is easily blurred. The only time I disliked Marcus was when he gave Tai his Gnasher Shotgun without looking him over first, considering what Baird said upon his rescue. Tai might've found another way, but at least Marcus wouldn't feel as guilty for being involved so directly in Tais' death.

He admitted to keeping an eye on them in this cutscene. When he mentioned helping them in settlement 5, that was where that cutscene took place. So yes, the bald guy in the lab coat during the prologue was Baird.
