Micro transactions of War 4 is the biggest joke in the series. 24 DLC maps, only 4 of them are new maps. Season pass is useless. RNG system is the worst business practice in gaming. Fuck TC!

The coalition, thank you very much for what you have destroyed a potentially good sequel to one of the best series of games in the world. You haven't added anything new, except for the idiotic motion systems. Stupid packs for real money. The third part was collapsing because of the retro Lancer and sawed-off shotgun. This part is crashing because of each of your updates. Removed regions. Now this game is impossible to play if you're away from the server. Skill? Forget this word. If you have a great connection and you not far away from server you will slap everyone/ Now'll blow this shit called gears 4 in 5 steps 1) Campaign. A minimum of new characters. Characters presents for a few minutes(Carmine, Cole, Baird , Sam, Reyna) . And then they're just left . (CARMINE DIDN'T EVEN SAY A WORD AND HE DIED) . The ball of dB that crawl towards you and explode. These are the same tickers from the previous parts. Flying robots? It was gears 3 (like their name was shreikers(i dont really remember their name sorry)) . Snipers dB - snipers locust . DR1 Protector-boomer. You can find a lot of similarities if you will search. Now about the characters. 2) Characters You are so lazy that took pants from JD and put them to the Dizzy and think nobody will notice? And this bunch, for example Reyna that MooMoo showed in the video. You have not added a single new character , not counting those that were in the campaign . You the company of people who trying to get money for the fans. I play a game, my team is 5 locust vs 5 cogs from g3. 3) Multiplayer. My favorite part. For many people that game is imposiible to play bcz shitty ping , lags and other shit that ruining it Multiplayer of this game is fucked up. Fucking campers behind every corner, hammerburst which do not want to play the fucking game. My grandmother beat me in childhood stronger than the fucking gnasher works. I receive daily 70/82/85/90/95/99% per shot from one to two meters. I can understand 70 percent, shit happens.. BUT FUCK 99? WHERE ARE THE FUCKING 1%? IS GONE? Where's that genius who said "You gonna get a kill or a miss"? This liar even played that game? 4) Multiplayer maps. This is the laziest game company I've ever seen. 4 new maps, REALLY? Im trying to find a game and i need to choose in which map i will play: Old Town, Dry dock or Mercy, I fucking play in gears 4 or gears 3? . 24 dlc maps. 15 old maps.... Season pass is so useless . Dont know other games when season pass was so useless like in that game. 5) Transaction. Packs for real money destroying every game. Bcz developers know they can get money for that. This shit started from CS. Conclusion: I hope you will never make more games again, Coalition. As the owner of season pass and a guy who playing that game since gears 3 I can say that your game is shit. You've had the first birthday of gears 4? It's the last bday , this game will die faster than you will realize that you are incompetent game developers. #Gears3onelove. Cliff .... that fuckers ruined everything. I’ve been a Gear since Emergence Day 2006. Every piece of DLC, every achievement, beyond thousands of hours, prolly millions of kills, all Seriouslys. And I couldn’t even finish the Gears 4 campaign, the game was DISGUSTING. A TOTAL FUCKING DISCRACE. Can’t believe Gears is dead. 😔😔😔😔

To me the biggest fuck up has to be the micro-transactions. The cards aren't REAL. They're digitally created. I've been saying that 'it's not like there's a limited supply of these packs/cards' line since release. I just don't get the problem with giving people these characters for free even. It makes no sense to play for a couple days for 2-3 packs and a chance. I bought Pokémon cards for a good portion of my childhood you think we haven't known this scheme since the start TC?? Fact of the matter is they're taking advantage of the youth who play and those who've been playing and expected so much more, it's a disgrace and laughable at the same time.

Watching this after playing gears 5

Still to this day I love Gears 1, Gears 2, Gears 3 and even Gears Judgment. The campaigns in each of them were so much fun with a great story, great characters and interesting locust monster enemies each providing their own unique challenges to in game combat that changed it up a bit and still to this day I love going back and playing them. Gears 1,2 and 3 had amazing legendary multiplayer and are still great to this day and I have a lot of great memories with those games. Gears 4 I personally thought should never of been made because from a story perspective the first 4 games had a satisfying beginning middle and end with characters fans grew to love. The whole brothers to the end thing in gears 3 just ended it right. With 4 the story was okay for the most part and they did a great job of explaining why robots were a thing now in the gears universe and I think it was handled well and the story was good enough to warrant a 4th game with a few new good characters and I loved seeing the old characters fans know and love. However I admit the robo cop and terminator rejects got old real quick and I was so happy they went away once the swarm locust came around which were more fun to fight. The multiplayer however was complete trash with the shotgun being broken so much so they've had to put so many patches/ fixes in to get it to work right. Also the micro transaction system really just left a bad taste in my mouth. I hated so much how they advertised their packs like" oh you fans like nostalgia right?" Well get general raam or the kantus right now while their available only for the weekend. Oh you don't have enough credits because our shitty credit system doesn't give our players enough credits well open your wallets because fuck you give us money. The remix maps are just shameful laziness and shows little creativity which is a shame because some of the real new maps were actually well designed and good. Horde was also good in gears 4 just like in gears 2 and 3. It also took some inspiration from judgments survival mode. Overall gears 4 campaign is okay, horde is okay, some multiplayer maps are great such as the classic maps and some new ones which are designed well but the multiplayer itself is trash and the micro transactions are complete garbage. I hate how gears 4 multiplayer is monitized so heavily with micro transactions up the ass more then any game I've ever played. Hell even Halo 5 system is better and more fairer then the shitfest of gears 4.

Oh one thing i noticed, you cant hear footsteps as well in gow 3, i have to constantly check behind me because everyone n their mum wants to just run up and gnasher and i cant hear them. They always leave it a mystery what happened to half the characters. When Marcus tells his son about the guy he’d contact if he ever needed him, I thought he was talking about Griffin, the way he talked about Cole and Baird like that i nearly thought it was someone he wanted nothing to do with. And I was wondering when they would show the third and fourth protagonists again, jeez. Would’ve made it a lot more interesting if they ever had you play Marcus again, as you’re strolling around you see ghosts of his dad and Dom. And maybe paying respects to Dom’s grave if there was one. Dom’s death was a pivotal moment that needed some nostalgia. Maybe even Anya’s cuz she’s suddenly gone and he referred to her as his late wife. All I could think was as I skimmed through the campaign just once was how sad the story had gotten through the last several games. There wasn’t much loss in the first one.

This is why I haven't played in months, it also doesn't help that people complain about every weapon so often they change the meta after every update. Players have given up on adapting to game play , so they rather as for a retune. People now a days want an easy game to play rather then to actually get good.

I don't get it, all this Micro-shit is fucked up but what really frustrates me is the Gnasher.. i think every Gearshead knows what im talking about: Headshots or regular insta-Shots that end up like you get killed and Enemy got like 81% (or whatever) Dmg after a fucking CLOSE-Range Shot, or hit them 3x times MID-Range (with activ-bullets) and they just walk or bounce to you and Instant kill you. Thats the REAL Problem in this Game.

Back in my day you got characters, skins, and ANYTHING else by earning them by PLAYING THE GAME.

In my opinion gears 3 is where it should have ended the series I might be incorrect because its been 3 years since I played it

It's the same issue as Halo 5, instead of allowing us to unlock cosmetic items through challenges and progression to show something off, we have to get lucky.

Gears is dead for their true hardcore fans, but for the casual fans that play every once in a while it's really not that bad relax.

Hell, the season pass is more worth it in Judgement. I mean, you get a 2xp playlist along with two characters: The Onyx Guard and Female Onyx Guard. Armor and weapon skins, and a bunch of different maps.

Gears 5 I will buy only on sale or second hand.

I actually put gears 3 on today for the first time in a long time and yes it looks poo now but the game is still legendary and still works exactly as it always did. Nice job Richie at highlighting exactly how the community feel about Gears 4 and how if TC carry on at the rate they are they won't have a game to work on at all and Microsoft will have another product they have successfully managed to kill.

Lol this is exactly why I stopped playing this game months ago. To this day getting just one good loot box literally takes hourssss to get the credits for. Such a grind and a half for literally no reward sucks having to say goodbye to one of my favorite series.

When i play multiplayer on gears of war 4 it only gives me 0 to 5 credits. For one game i only get 0 credits an the next game it'll only give me 5 credits. Idk why help is needed. Can somebody tell me why this is ??

i dont get gears of war multiplayer. ill reload and get the damage buff and yet my shots dont even do anything but i get dropped in 1 gnasher shot. so like for me it just isnt appealing at all.

Kind of the reason why I dropped Gears 4. It doesn't feel rewarding when playing anymore. It's a hit or miss trying to unlock character's, weaopon skins, emblems, etc. Just not fun. I'd rather put in time actually earning things in game like what Gears 3 did, instead of paying real money and guaranteed nothing. The series definitely lost its touch after Cliffy B left.

Can't wait for Microsoft to start issuing refunds for trying to pull off this crap!
