ThatCoolBlackGuy: Mom did ya buy it? Mom: Yes sweetie *Hands copy of gow judgment* ThatCoolBlackGuy: What the fuck is this? Mom: Call of duty ThatCoolBlackGuy: It will do...
As a gamer since the NES days, I really miss game modes like this that have that Attack/Defense element and somehow thinks outside the box a little bit at the same time. Between this and the multiplayer from Mass Effect 3 I find it ironic that with as much power we have at our finger tips, there are no real heavy hitters that do it all too much. You get some now and then, but there is always something that "poisons the well" for one thing or another.
Well that's the challenge of it. I'm playing the overrun demo quite a bit and i'm really enjoying it. It's a challenge when you go against people that actually know what they are doing but it is possible to win against the Locust if you got people who know what they are doing. :)
You can tell by this video that there is not much teamwork going on here. The first hole should be down in the first two minutes. No teamwork here.. Love this overun mode though!
hey everyone should i buy gears of war judgement or gears of war 3 overun is basicaly beast mode and the ratings on this game are pretty bad but it looks so fun but so does gears of war 3 which one should i buy ?

@@xeox4280 First off, it was insanely rushed (a year and a half after GOW 3) Barely any characters, no Locust characters at all, (but you could purchase a locust skin?) It was the height of micro-transactions, (and if you didn't wanna buy stuff you literally had to slog through the game, barely earning any credits, to purchase these stupid ass, random "prizeboxes" never knowing what you were gonna get. At that point, Gears MP had always been about locust vs. Cog, and to take that away, was pretty much severing the chord that held that together. The game was released in Feb of 2013, and the servers literally were shut down that same year. They even took out Horde mode, and instead substituted it with this weird mode called "survival" that was locked at 12 waves. It was boring as hell. I mean, I could go on, but you can research more on your own. In the end, they tried to mimick the Call of Duty formula, and relied heavily on it, which took out what made GOW so goddamn great.
Watching from 20:00 I hate it when games put Humans vs REALLY OVERPOWERED SHIT. Just look at the nonsense that the CoGs players had to deal. Corpsers coming out of the ground, overgrown centipedes that don't die.. Giants that have impenetrable Iron shields. And to troll some more they can send indispensable bugs that just explode whenever they want. Its straight trolling. I'm pretty sure that if it was CoD armies vs Locust this shit wouldn't be happening.
