I bought the Beelink Ryzen 9 a few months ago based on your review, Chris. It's proving to be a really good purchase. This Geekom looks OK, but I'm happy!
@@Techtablets Sure, but does it reall make much difference? It's not pocketable anyway... I have a M1 Mac Mini and that thing rocks (I take it on holidays in summer as a portable desktop), something that size with Windows would be awesome with decent cooling and thermals (sure it will never be silent like the Mac, but the quieter the better...)
Honestly, this would make a great home entertainment PC hook To a 4k tv or any were you want compact access to the internet without the bulk and noise of larger systems or using a repurposed spare lab top which has its own issues. This would a great Guest/Kid's bed Room PC every cool plug-and-play option for anyone.
I appreciate the suggestion. I am lookin to keep it just under 400.00 if I can. Amazon has the ser5 at 365.00 right now. I am just a bit cautious of the fan noise it seems to be common complaint. Perhaps that can be tweaked
So....this or the Beelink you reviewed the other day? Thanks again looking for something portable that'll run Steam games. Cheers for all the reviews. 😊
I am looking for a portable mini like this for livestreaming at church. Would this or the elitemini th50 be better, or do you have a better recommendation? I noticed they have a i7 32gb ram with 1tb ssd also with this geekom brand.
