Geekom Mini IT11 - A Mini PC with an 11th Gen Intel i7 Processor 

have anyone tried the mini in an office environment where it's on for at lease 8 hours a day? ( zoom capability, adobe acrobat, office 365)

I just saw a LTT video about fitting 2 Pcs in one small case, and someone was saying that could be useful for 2 video editors when they travel. that made me think that maybe this could be better after attaching an eGPU via the USB4 port, the only thing is that you need a small form factor eGpu case too. And that's something that I've always wondered about these mini-PCs, since they sometimes bring a good value for the money, how much can you improve the performance with an eGPU (when possible) and just in general if that's a good idea.

Wanted a review on this mini pc and delighted to get one from Gary Explains! Just wondering, Amazon sell the i5 -1155g7 for £549 and Geekom website has the i5-1135g7 for £509. I can't imagine I'd be missing out on much if I went with the older processor? Its just for basic office work.

This looks very promising. I am a graphic designer and have recently switched from an aging MacBook Pro to a super beefy desktop pc. My only issue has been when I occasionally pop back to the uk and need to work. I have no real need for a laptop as I don’t tend to work in the airport so the form factor, ports, power etc of this seems ideal. Does anyone know if this Would this be able to handle motion graphics work in after effects? I am assuming so?!

I would like to buy a bare bone version as NUC has, because in this case I do not need to toss RAM and storage. Did I mention Windows?

Hi Gary, I would love to hear your take on the 12gen intel cpu's vs. the amd offerings and perhaps some thoughts on the upcoming 13th gen intel where you can still choose ddr4 or ddr5 ram vs the upcoming zen4 amd cpu's that require ddr5. thx!

If this PC cannot handle Second Life virtual world, it is useless as a casual gaming computer.

I have a very similar NUC with identical specs from another company and I love it. A small footprint, no big noisy fans blowing cold air and starts in seconds. Recommended.❤

LOVE the NUC form-factor (and smaller). I have a 15W NUC7i7 (Win10), a 15W ASRock 5800U (EndeavourOS), a 6W N6000 MSI Cubi (Cinnamon Mint), and the ECS SD7c QC710 (Win11 ARM).

Would you recommend this for heavy architectural rendering programs?

Is this good for video editing and sound editing (Pinnacle Studio levels)?

Has anyone else had the problem of the spell checker not being able to be turned on with this model? ( tried everything, it just won't turn on )

Just ordered one today, I7, 32gb RAM and 1tb ssd. According to Amazon, it should be arriving in a few hours. Going to be using it for home studio recording with Cakewalk DAW.

I used NUC for a client who asked for a nice setup for his clients. Very nice option they are.

I really wish some of these devices would provide with a PCI-E slot.

Can you plug this into a new tv and play steam games ?

Also that gen top end was meh.
