Current: stackoverflow.com/conduct SO's staff, please read above. Most Non-English speaking countries, likely have the same concept, IT IS AN INSULT, to change someone's question, because it is unclear or Incorrect Grammar. LET me see, how these folks, write in Russian, Chinese, Spanish, Greek, Japanese, Hindi ...... NOBODY should change any person's question or blocking people from asking Question. One could, just add a comment to the question, say, may be this is, what you mean? most people will BE OK with this. See your own code of conduct. RESPECT PEOPLE WHOSE MOTHER TONGUE IS NOT ENGLISH, OR, JUST A NEWBIE.

Yeah, but your site sucks. New developers are so ostracized on StackOverflow it is not funny. How about you re-evaluate your goals. So high and mighty. you are no better than Facebook.

I agree and I disagree. I agree that new developers have more difficulties to participate on StackOverflow. But I disagree that they suck. StackOverflow is a developer community driven website. If the rules are rigid, maybe it's because of the developers. If you think that StackOverflow sucks, maybe the community sucks. I had difficulties to ask questions. Some people just pay more attention on rules then trying to help the newcomers. Some developers don't even explain why I got downvoted. But be assured, they are minority. Maybe, next time, if you decide to give another chance to StackOverflow, try to learn more about the rules and the community. It's hard, but if you get the hang of it, you'll enjoy i!
